FileSize Function

Format
i = filesize(file_name);
Description
The filesize function returns the size of a file in bytes. The argument file_name is either a string expression giving a file name or is a file handler declared in a File statement in PROC GLOBAL.
Return Value
If the file exists, the function returns the size of the file in bytes. If the file does not exist, the function returns default.
