I have already config & setup CSPro web serve but the result is reveal the message [Failed to contact authentication server. Please contact your site administrator]. please find attached images error.
Please advise me.

As a first step delete "csweb\var\cache." Then try signing in again. If that doesn't work take a look at this post and consider your server configurations. If you have an IT team this would be appropriate for them to look at. viewtopic.php?t=4423

Hello Could you comment on how you solved it?
I have the same problem with 405 Method Not Allowed.
I already tried deleting the cache folder, restoring a valid backup copy, and deactivating ModSecurity.

Please send us the logs from var/logs folder to cspro@lists.census.gov
