csdb data file index error

Hello.

I'm having a problem with a csdb data file. When I try to open to open the csdb file with the Data Viewer it appears the error showed in the image.
I can't imagine how did the index got messed up. When I open the file with the Entry Application, it appears as it was empty, which it wasn't.

I tried to reformat it using the reformat tool but it only 'creates' a blank file.

Any ideas on what's happening?
