DATA VIEWER DOWNLOAD ERROR
When using data viewer to download from dropbox I keep getting this error. I checked and the file actually exist so why would the message come up. its really giving me a hard time.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Error 502 is a "Bad Gateway Error". That indicates either a problem with the Dropbox server or with your internet connection.
If you use CSPro 7.4 you can download from the local Dropbox on your computer rather than downloading from the Dropbox server. This will avoid many network errors and will also be significantly faster.
