Adding dictionary to the CSWeb

Help me What could be the cause of this error "Failed to add dictionary. We are sorry, but something went terribly wrong." it come when i add the dictionary to the CSweb .

Check the api.log file to see if there are any errors. If not, please send us the dictionary so we can try to reproduce the problem.

I don't see any error there. Anything in the api.log file or in the Apache/PHP error log?
