when i select synchronisation option there is a message that tell me ''... due to change in the dropbox service, PNC based Dropbox synchronisation has been removed.....'' please tell me what must i do to be able synchronise my data using Dropbox?

Don't use the syncrhonization menu. That is for old (version 6.3 synchronization) which has been replaced in version 7. See the following:
