Item labels CAPI mode

Hi everyone!
I want to know if is possible that the item labels aren't show on the tablet... I mean, I just want that in the tablet appears the question I have written in the CAPI mode.
If it is possible, how can I do it?

The label shown on the tablet comes from the label on the form. If you delete the label on the form next to the field then the label will not be shown on the tablet. There is currently a limitation in that this doesn't work for fields in rosters but if you convert your roster to a repeating form and delete the labels on the form then it will work (create a new form, drag the repeating record/repeating item onto the new form and choose "Don't roster").
