VPN vs Dropbox, FTP and CSWEB

Is it possible to have a VPN with a file server in data Synchronization using Cspro instead of Dropbox, FTP, CSWEB?

You can use CSWeb or an FTP server and connect to that server through a VPN. If by a file server you just mean a network shared drive that is connected through a VPN then that is not possible.
