It is an error opening a data file. What is the full error message? It should contain additional information.

Hi Josh.

And thanks for your help. I've the same error message when try to open the cuestionary and the full error message is: "No text provided for this message".
Following this message I get another error message 10106 with the same text.

What is the problem and how can it be solved?

That is also a error reading the data file. You should never get the "no text provided for this message" unless you have some development build of CSPro or something is corrupted in your installation. Is this on Android or Windows?

What is the version and build date. On Windows you can find this by choosing Help-->About from the menu. On Android from the start screen of CSEntry choose "About CSEntry" from the menu and the information will be at the bottom of the screen.
