Pulling value labels to Capi question

Dear forum;
I need your help, i want to pull the value labels of the chosen in options in rooster appear in Capi, have used % variable name% but what appears are the numbers not the value label name. have attached the file, kindly some one help be with the command to do (Record 2.9 category of current household members) so that the chosen values labels appear on the capi for item QNS292.
