updating issue on the csweb server

Hello everyone,

I am in the middle of a data collection operation and I am encountering a problem that is new to me and beyond my understanding. I am sharing it here to see if anyone else has encountered the same thing and, if possible, find a solution.

In a team, there is a tablet that centralises data and sends it to the server. On the tablet, all the files merge correctly and the merged file is updated. However, on the Csweb server, out of five observations contained in the file, only three are updated. I have encountered this issue on three tablets that are supposed to centralise data.

What could be the problem causing the data not to be updated on the server?
I avoid transferring the data to another tablet so as not to create duplicates on the Csweb server.

Please send us the sync.log file from the tablet located at <external storage>/Android/data/gov.census.cspro.csentry/files/csentry.
Also, send us the log files from CSWeb server located in <CSWeb Install Folder>/var/logs folder. Send these logs to cspro@lists.census.gov
