download data with csweb

Hi all

I have this issues with csweb.

I am working with Cspro 8.01 version.

I have surveyors in the field but when i need to download data i have a gap beetwen the number of questionnaire in the csweb server and the data in my computer.

I do not change the dictionnary or add a new record in the dictionnary.

What can I do to download all the data.

Can you send us the sync.log from your PC? And also send us the CSWeb log located in var/logs folder.

On Windows you can find the file in the directory %AppData%\CSPro. On Windows you can also locate the sync.log file from the Help menu in CSPro Designer under Troubleshooting. Please send the logs to cspro@lists.census.gov
