DOWNLOAD FAILURE FTP

I am getting the following message when i try to download data from FTP Server

Error: unable to read response from server: see log for details.

this is the message on the sync.log

Are you using the latest version of CSPro, 8.0? When using binary dictionary items, the synced data is a combination of JSON as well as binary data, though it has a header that doesn't match what your sync.log shows.

If you're able to share your server credentials, or copy the files off the server, you can send them to cspro@lists.census.gov and we can look at the files.
