csweb: Sync Report: Failed to Get List of Dictionaries

When I attempted to click on the sync report, I encountered an error message stating: "Failed getting list of dictionaries for sync report".

Log File
The log file provided the following context:

{"context":"ErrorException: Warning: Undefined array key"}

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated

are you still having a problem? What version of CSWeb are you using? Do you have dictionaries added?

Yes, I'm still having the problem. I'm using version 8 of CSWeb.
It's possible that my colleague updated the dictionaries recently.
