FTP error

Hi Experts,
I am getting errors while uploading photos from an Android device, but it works fine from the laptop. My data collection is going on... Please help as soon as possible..

Hi,

First, make sure you can connect to the FTP server normally from your Android device. Test if you can upload or download other files without getting the same error. You can check your CSPro sync.log file and your server's log files to get more details on why your server is aborting the transfer.
