Importing users to csweb from .csv file

Hi everyone

I'm trying to import multiple user to csweb from csv.

I tried from csweb ui but with no luck, with no errors.

Im using cspro version 7.3

I've attached a small CSV file that I know works. Try importing it and if it doesn't work attach the following files:

• csweb\logs\ui.log
• csweb\logs\api.log

[bsomers_pg]

How was this issue resolved? I am facing the same issue here with my uploads.

Have you tried using the working import-users.csv that Aaron posted above? If it works, then try replacing the information with the users you actually want to import, and keeping the basic functional format. If the import-users.csv doesn't work, then post your logs so we can see where the error is.
