FTP Data sync Error

Hi team,

When, i try sync the FTP account the message is coming : Error connecting to server: Java.net.UnknownHostExpection. When upload the application no issue but when I try to sync the data issue its coming.

Let me know the issue, how to resolve.

Most often when I see this issue it is some sort of connectivity issue. I would suggest trying the sync again in a few hours. Also, try the sync from another device and location. If the issue persists attach the sync.log.

I have already encountered this type of problem once and indeed, when I tried again a little later, the synchronisation worked again.
