problem with selcase in CSPro 7.7.1

Hi all,
i face a problem with function selcase in CSPro 7.7.1.
It always open a case even if i click on the cross.

When i select a case, it open it, but if i select nothing and click on the cross, it open the last case.
The return value is always 1, it is not return 0.

Please is there a solution for this ?
