Roster Export to SPSS

Dear CSPro Users,

I have exported a roster data to SPSS and it takes everything in sequential way on single record. But I am looking it should come as a table format and easily identifies household members to their respective HH_ID with their respective data fields entered. As a result it will be easy to identify the information between HHs during data analysis.

In the Cspro tools , under export option, choose output as 'Separate Records' . Don't forget to select the ID items too, when exporting it helps the identifiers to appended before each records in the roster.
