Dear all,
I am trying to download data from the Dropbox and I get the error message as captured in the attached image.
Any one who has experienced the same problem and how managed to solve?

This error most likely means that you are using CSPro 7.4 on the device (phone/tablet) that uploaded the data but you are downloading it with a computer that is running an older version of CSPro (7.3 or earlier). Upgrade to the latest version of CSPro on the computer.

Thanks Josh, I upgraded my CSPro on the computer and managed to download the data
