Synchronizing without deleting?

Is it possible, using CSWeb, when synchronizing between tablets and server, to only add new cases and reload edited cases, but without deleting from the server cases that were deleted on a tablet?

Cases are never actually deleted. They are just marked as deleted, so on the server you can manually undelete the cases. In CSEntry select the View tab > "Show All Cases" to display the deleted cases. Then right click on each deleted case and select "Undelete case."
