Access Levels

I would love to see CS-Pro having users rights as opposed to just having a log on name. Is there something like that on CS-Pro?
There is nothing like this built into CSPro, but you could design something like this yourself using the CSPro logic language.
What kinds of rights would you want to allow / disallow?
