I would like know whether it is possible to write the item name in small letter or not. I have a questionnaire in which the question numbers are in small letter. For example the question name is ah1 and I want the same while I export the data into SPSS. I could only make AH1 in cspro.

All names in CSPro are shown in upper case, so there is no way to make this change. You will have to change the names once you are in SPSS.
