CSPro Synchronization Issue Following Android Auto Update

I am forwarding this message regarding an issue we are experiencing with our CSPro data collection system and would greatly appreciate your guidance.
We are currently running a field survey using CSPro 8.0.1 with FTP synchronization. Recently, multiple Android interviewer devices began experiencing synchronization failures after what appears to have been an automatic application update.
The devices are displaying the following errors:
"FTP4j.FTPException: Create dictionary operation failed"
"No application on server; use the deploy application tool to add one"
The issue appeared simultaneously across multiple devices, leading us to suspect that an Android auto-update may have introduced a version compatibility problem with our existing deployment.
Our primary concern is preserving the interview data currently stored on the Android devices. We have instructed interviewers not to uninstall the application, clear data, or make configuration changes until we receive guidance.
