Dear All,

When the enumerators tried to “Add Application” from Drop box after entering the correct email and password it return them back to “Where do you want to download the application from?” again. It was working perfectly in a couple of weeks back but, now it failed. There is no Sync.log file created, I think the system is not total accessed the drop box account even if we tried to different email address which we created for drop box( Free version). I deploy the application successfully . Stacked any help appreciated.

A security update made to Dropbox in January of 2026 introduced new encryption certificates. Because Android 15 enforces the latest security protocols, the current version of CSEntry is unable to verify the connection to Dropbox servers, resulting in the error. We fixed this problem, which is available here:

We are in the process of updating Google Play with this fix.
