Just wondering we have an early program use in 2022 and we were planning to reuse it again since it's most likely the same, is it okay that I would create another folder DataSync and change the old e.g.DataSync_backup just to have a backup on the old data?

This will not be a problem. When syncing, the name of the data file is not used in any way, so if you rename the old file and collect new data to the new file, you will be able to 1) keep a backup of the old data; 2) make sure the old data is not part of the newly synchronized data.

Thanks for the quick reply, just two more question

1. Does the DataSync folder automatically create a when you connect to the DropBox or I just need to create it manually
2. There is also a folder with a filename apps, do I need to copy this folder and create another folder called apps?

All folders on Dropbox are recreated as necessary, so if you delete, or rename the DataSync folder, it will be recreated.

The same goes for the applications directory, which is used when using CSDeploy to deploy an application.
