Unfortunately, I have faced a error when I open the .ent and Dict file on version 8.01. I reinstalled the software, but the problems not solved. The other application are opening as well. The first png is for .ent and the next is for dicti.

It looks like your files are corrupt. If you want, you can send them to cspro@lists.census.gov, or post them here, and we can see if there is any recoverable data.
