I am using CSPro 7.7 version. Please let me know if the conditional questions are not working properly in this version?

Hello,

Conditional questions work in 7.7. See the documentation here. Go to the CAPI Question Text window and you can set different CAPI question texts for different conditions. The conditions follow normal CSPro syntax and do not need an "if" statement: if the conditional is true then the CAPI question text associated with it will be displayed, otherwise it will not be. If you have any further problems with your application please let us know the details and send us your application (attached here or sent to cspro@lists.census.gov) so we can examine the issue.

Hope this helps,
Justin

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Still I have got the same issue.

I ran the application you attached, but it wasn't working well. The question texts were always "Row 1".

I am using CSPro 7.7.3 version.

Am I missing something?

Are you testing on Windows? I ran your application using CSEntry 7.7 and I see the question text correctly. See the attached image.

None of us were able to replicate this behavior. Your screenshot definitely suggests that it is an error, but without being able to reproduce it, it is hard for us to provide guidance.

You might consider upgrading to CSPro 8.0 ... hopefully your application will work in that newer version.
