Sync error

This is the error message is showing when I am syncing the data to server, how can I solve this please help.

The most common causes of this issue are bad date/time on the device, or a bad certificate. Try checking that your server works and is accessible through other means, and setting the date/time of the device to use automatic before restarting your device.

Sir there are two more errors are occured during the synchronisation kindly help in this too.

The first error is showing that the synconnect url your gave is incorrect.The other error has to do with SSL certificate on the server. Are you able to connect to the internet from the device? Please send us the sync.log from the device. Check the instructions here to locate the sync.log file on the device https://www.csprousers.org/help/CSPro/s ... ation.html

Hello Sir, hope you are doing well. I have around 300 to 500 images in the programe and when I am going to syncing them then this error message is showing in most of the tablets please help me out of this.

This means that the client is attempting to connect to the server, but the server is not responding or cannot be reached over the network. Make sure you have the right address and that the network does not block FTP traffic. Attach your sync.log file from your device's csentry folder so we'll have more information about why this connection is timing out, or email it to cspro@lists.census.gov if you do not want it to be public.

I am downloading the data from the cspro web the then following showing up and also the data is not downloading could you please help me in this.

Could you provide the details from the "details" section in this error message? It would also help to have CSPro's sync.log file, found in CSPro under Help -> Troubleshooting, and the log from your csweb folder's var/logs. You can email these to cspro@lists.census.gov if you do not want it to be public. We need the details and log to know what went wrong in csweb/cspro and why.

Data export issue

Hi Sir,

I have received my data in the server but when I am exporting it after downloading the data. Then the error message is popping up please help me out what will be the solution
