Error using Data viewer tool

Hi,
I was using the tool DataViewer without any issue up to now, it happens in one of my computers and reinstalled CSPro but the problem continue.
Please see the msg that appears when I try to open a csdb datafile: "Could not initialize the Data Viewer HTML provide", then I can press OK, and the tool finishs.

Am sure the problem is outside the tool but I cannot identify it.

Hi again,
I could solve the situation, in fact I don't know why it didn't work, and now, after several computer restarts it is working again.
