Greetings,
I received the following error while attempting to send a case to the supervisor over Bluetooth on one of my tablets: If the message "Failed to connect to sync server null" shows, what should I do?

Please send us the sync.log to cspro@lists.census.gov. On Android devices you can find the sync.log file in the CSEntry directory on your tablet or phone.

From the logs it appears that the device is not able to establish a connection. This may be a device issue. Do you get a dialog box with nearby Bluetooth devices prompting you to choose a device to connect to? Can you try making sure that the location services are turned on both the devices? What is the version of CSPro, device make and model, and Android version?
