Hi Ary (aaronw),

We are facing bug on CSEntry for Android 12 and 13 Version, while applying the audio recording it shows error and app could not proceed forward, terminated data collection app in CSEntry. For your reference please find attached screen shot error shows during Data Collection App running program.

Something went wrong with CSEntry
CSentry closed because this app has a bug.
Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error.

Could you upload your application so we can try to reproduce the error?

Please provide at least one case worth of data, tell us which field is having the problem, and what steps we need to take to reproduce the error.

Thank you very much for prompt response. Once we select on user id (.. Audio Recording starts from here..) it does not works, If I remove Audio Recording it works fine..

As requested please find attached zip file containing the application that we are facing on audio Recording (Android 12, 13).

Hi Ramesh,

It looks like we had a bug in the apk. We just submitted an updated apk to the PlayStore, which will hopefully be updated sometime today. Please check there for the update.
