I would like to know there whether cspro has any tools that can make a graph such as bar graph, pie graph,....?

CSPro does not have the ability to create any graphics based on your data sets, except for simple maps that can be created using Map Viewer.

Your best option is to copy and paste your tables into Excel and then create the graphs and charts using that software package.
