failed to connect. check the url, username and password and try again

Hello, it is my first time to use CsPro. When I want to synchronize with Droplox, I have this error message "failed to connect. check the url, username and password and try again". I don't understand.

Trying clearing your credentials: File > CSPro Settings > Clear Credentials. Then on the Synchronization Options dialog try test connection. If you get the same message it may be your network configuration. You could confirm this by trying at another location.
