Hello, when active the box uppercase all fields lowercase does allow some fields, specifically those who switched to "remove tickmarks", i'm bad ?

You are right about this. It is a bug and we will fix this for the 5.0.2 release. If you need this change urgently, please email me at gregory.martin@census.gov and I can give you a copy.
