I get the error: "Error uploading dictionary. ID items do not match existing data (ID_INT, ID_FAC). Download and reformat existing data to match new dictionary. Then delete existing data on the server and replace with the reformatted data."

I'm not sure what the problem could be because I do not make any changes in the dictionary.

It looks like the original dictionary uploaded to CSWeb and the one you are trying to sync are different.
