Synching and taking update via Dropbox using logic

Hi Family,
Thank you very much for your continues support. I am currently facing a challenge here and I will be very Glad if I could get a detail guide to solve this problem related to the topic title above.
All my menu is set accept that, I am not really getting the synching very well through the dropbox.
I have created a new dropbox account but wondering how to deal with it with following questions in mind.
1. The question is, which file(s) am I going to sent to the drop box account?
2. How I am I going to create the path to be inline with the logic;
I will appreciate giving examples.
