Hi CSPro Team,
Which part of the paradata will I know the last data item/s update by user? Or does the paradata has this information?

When you say the last field updated, you will only know this for a case that is partially saved. For otherwise, if a change is made and the case is saved, no info is kept on the last field entered/modified/etc.
When looking at a partial case, the .STS file tells you the high-water mark for each case that is partially saved. For example:
