Hello,

I have a problem to solve.
My questionnaire has "Family Roster" on the first page and it has Names and Line Numbers.
On the third page, it has to ask "Who is responsible for Fishing? (choose from Family Roster)" and "Line Number (from Family Roster)".
How can I show the names and line numbers to choose from?

I recommend creating a list of people, and then presenting that list using the accept statement:

You can also dynamically create a value set for the page 3 variable that is built in essentially the same way (rolling through your HH roster and choosing who you want). Here's one thread on the topic, but there are many more that explore various aspects of it:
