I have the following message d'urine tje opening of the dataient tools with cspro 7.6.2.

How can wr solved this issue.

Are you using Bitdefender by chance? Apparently that software has been falsely flagging some of our files as viruses. Recently someone was unable to install CSPro because zDictCLR.dll, the file mentioned in the error message, was flagged.

I encourage you to look at the help documentation for your virus checker to determine how to install CSPro without files being quarantined.
