Hello.-

Is there a parameter for the PFF file to set the "Cases in Sort Order" and "View Partials Only" settings to "ON" by default.

There are no PFF parameters (for CSEntry) that allow you to set those options by default. You might consider writing a small menu program that simulates a case listing. With such a program, you can control what you present to an enumerator.
