I have not seen that error before. It could be an issue with an out of data version of .NET. Please make sure that you have the .net framework 4.7.2 or later installed on your computer. You can download it from here https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/d ... ork/net472

If that does not help please let us know. Is the data file particularly large or are the individual cases large?

I just installed .Net but still not working.
Any file does not open even with small cases.

Can you try on a different computer so we can see if it is an issue with your computer?

Data Viewer didn't really change much from CSPro 7.4 to 7.5, so I doubt that is the problem. Data Viewer displays cases using this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/window ... compatible

This uses Edge on Windows 10 and Internet Explorer on earlier devices. You might try ensuring that you have the latest Windows updates so that your browser is fully up to date. If it still doesn't work, please let us know.
