Dear all

When I run the CSEntry, it shows the following error.We are using CSpro 7.5 and Samsung Galaxy tab A (8.0", 2019).

When that happens please tap "send feedback" and it will send the us the error details so we can diagnose the problem. Otherwise that is a very generic error that could have many different causes.
