Dear CSPro Team,

From last two days I got an error that "FTP Connection Closed" in my mobile while synchronizing the data.

How can I deal from this error ?

Please help me to find out the solution

How much information are you syncing? The error sounds like the connection between your device and your FTP server is being broken, which can occur as the result of many things. See here for some ideas: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... -is-closed

If you want, you can send us your sync.log file and we can see if there is any useful information in it to help debug the problem.
