It seems that your csweb server does not think it has more than the 6610 cases. Perhaps they did not all get copied when you moved to the new database. If you download from the original database do you get all the cases?

Yes and I have just downloaded 128391 cases from my previous database.

CSPro 7.4 -> Tools -> DataViewer ->File -> Download -> CSWeb Server -> http:// -> connect->
