Hello, for the configuration of csweb, there is a step that blocks me, it displays this error message.

Failed to contact API server https://www.-------.org/csweb/api/ : cURL error 35: SSL connect error (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html

This error will be specific to your server, network, etc., so it's difficult for us to provide much help. I would recommend asking your network administrator to look into it as some server expertise will be necessary. Here's my initial search result if you'd like to take a closer look.
