When I used formatting in CAPI questions, the wording is disturb and makes no sense. For reference pictures are attached.

Are you using version 7.3? We made some changes in 7.3 to better support text direction on Android.

This is 7.3 version.

Can you send us the app, or at least the qsf file, so we can take a look.

Please find attached a sample application and QSF files from my original project. Please see Menu folder from the Sample application.
First three questions are with multi formatting and 4th question is just simple formatting.

Unfortunately this is a limitation of the software we are using to convert from the RTF text generated by CSPro designer to the text that is displayed on Android. If you use formatting (fonts/colors) with right to left text it is not displayed correctly. Specifically each section of the text that is formatted differently from the rest causes problems with the right to left ordering. So if you make the entire the question text formatted the same way it should work correctly but if you format different sections with different fonts/colors it will not display correctly on Android. We will look at fixing this in a future release.

We have not been able to fix this yet. In version 7.6 we will switch from using RTF to HTML for the question text which should hopefully fix this problem.
