I have an unusual exported files and would wish you explain for me if I select
- Multiple File
- As Separate

I will like to learn (Help information is less) on what will be the outcome if

If I Select No on Record Type Single Record data
If I Select Before on a Single Record data
If I Select After on a Single Record data

For the record type, that is almost never used. Each record in your dictionary has a record type that distinguishes it from other records. This options lets add the record type to the exported data.
