Dear all,
We are facing an issue where an interviewer updates the information in certain cases and synchronize to our FTP server but we cannot see the updated information.
Another issue is we can be having a big number of cases and after enumerators synchronize, we get fewer number of cases cases(csdb file)
Kindly help.

Enumerator makes edits and syncs, but changes aren't on the server
My assumption is this works 9/10 times, so everything is done correctly. If that is the case there is one thing I can think of. If a supervisor changes the same case as the enumerator than a sync is done there is a conflict. CSPro cannot resolve this, so the supervisor version is used. You must take care to make sure a case cannot be changed by multiple people.

Less cases on server after enumerator syncs
Is it possible the enumerators are deleting cases? In Data Viewer select View > Show All Cases to see deleted cases.
