What could be the issue if the sync button does not appear on the CS entry menu?

If you are using simple synchronization, first of all you have to defined and connect your application on your server form CSPro designer. <Option> <Synchronization> <Choose your server and do "Test connection" and defined your path on server in the last box. Then copy your .pen and .pff file on Csentry folder in the tablet.
